Rick Herman (Assistant Stage Manager) returns to the Dunes following a four-decade career producing corporate “business theatre” and high-profile events. In his “encore career”, he’s stage-managed Alice by Heart, Drop Dead! (PVCC Performing Arts Center, Phoenix),Summer Shorts ’22 ,’24 and 26 and Resisting Irrelevancy by Debra Rich Gettleman (The Theatre Artists Studio, Scottsdale). He was assistant stage manager for She Loves Me! & The Bridges of Madison County at the  Dunes, the premiere of The Mysterious Disappearance by Kirt Shineman, (Theatre Artists Studio, Scottsdale, AZ) and Kinky Boots (PVCC Performing Arts Center, Phoenix). He is a two time finalist and recipient of the Ghostlight Award at the Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival for Alice by Heart and the US Spanish Language Premiere Production of Esa Nena RIE, Esa Nena LLORA, Esa Nena NO HACE NADA by Finegan Krukemeyer, (John Paul Theatre, Phoenix).
