The Dunes Arts Foundation staff are the hands-on leaders bringing the organization’s mission to life year-round. Led by Artistic Director Steve Scott and Managing Director Elise Kermani, the team oversees creative direction, production, administration, and daily operations to support the foundation’s theatre and arts education programs in northwest Indiana.
